Job summary

Flutter International in Leeds seeks a Senior Creative Project Manager to lead a small team within the Content and Creative Services group. You will act as the central link between stakeholders, regional partners and internal teams, ensuring briefs are accurately scoped and delivered on time.

You will govern processes, oversee key campaigns from brief to delivery, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain proactive communication across all parties in a hybrid Leeds office environment.

Qualifications

• Proven years’ project management experience in a creative or design environment.
• Strong understanding of creative and production workflows across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Monday or Workfront.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven people management experience (3+ years).
• Calm, proactive and solutions‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between Creative Services and regional partners.
• Lead regular reviews on briefs, SLAs and ways of working.
• Drive clarity on scope, handovers and ownership (including chargeable work boundaries).
• Create high‑quality presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish clear, consistent processes across partners and projects.
