Job summary

Creative Resource in Leeds is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their client services team, focusing on a major household-name consumer brand. You’ll help deliver a varied mix of digital campaigns, brand activations and broader marketing activity, and gain more ownership and client contact over time.

You'll work closely with senior team members to keep projects moving, build strong client relationships and ensure campaigns run smoothly from brief to completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years agency experience in marketing, creative or integrated teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Confident communicating with clients and internal teams.
• Interest in consumer brands, digital campaigns and activations.
• Willingness to develop client management and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from brief through to delivery
• Building strong day-to-day relationships with clients
• Writing clear briefs and coordinating internal creative, digital and delivery teams
• Keeping projects, timings and budgets on track
• Supporting the development and delivery of digital campaigns and brand activations
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the agency
• Spotting opportunities to add value to client relationships
• Supporting on other client accounts across the agency portfolio when required
