Job summary

Fanatics in Leeds, UK is seeking a Senior Campaign Operations Manager – Casino to lead operational delivery across CRM, promotions and content. You will troubleshoot live platforms, manage on-call incidents and guide the team to raise standards.

You will partner with CRM Planning, Product and Compliance to ensure compliant, high-quality campaigns across multiple touchpoints, helping Fanatics become the #1 Online US Casino by 2030.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM, campaign or promotional operations, including team leadership.
• Experience delivering high-volume, time-sensitive campaigns across multiple channels.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of live platforms and incident response.
• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to design operational processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability for campaign delivery across channels.
• Maintain delivery status, risk, and calendar.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Define standards for campaign setup and QA gates.
• Coach and develop the team to higher operational standards.
