Qualifications

- Hands-on experience using AI software to improve workflow efficiency.
- Proficient with workflow platforms such as Jira or Monday.com.
Responsibilities
- Oversee creative operations end-to-end, including project setup, brief intake, quality checks, workload traffic, resource allocation, and final project delivery.
- Lead brief assessment meetings with senior stakeholders to allocate production and creative teams and timelines.
- Implement a new workflow management platform and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Track team capacity, workload requirements, and resourcing for smooth delivery.
- Manage stakeholders by enforcing deadlines, obtaining approvals, and resolving delivery issues.
