Weber Shandwick seeks an experienced Creative Producer to join its Production team in the UK. The role focuses on experiential campaigns, activations and brand experiences, working closely with the Creative Department, Designers and Client teams to deliver ambitious ideas.

You will lead production from concept to delivery, manage external partners, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and develop practical production solutions with a collaborative approach.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Creative Producer within an agency environment, ideally across experiential or brand experiences.
• Proven track record delivering physical brand experiences, activations, events or installations.
• Strong understanding of the creative development process and translating ideas into real experiences.
• Ability to briefing and manage third-party suppliers and production partners.
• Excellent project management, organisational and commercial skills.
• Calm, proactive and solutions-focused with multiple projects and priorities.

Aufgaben

• Support production of experiential campaigns, activations, events and brand experiences from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative Department and Designers to translate creative ambition into production plans.
• Partner with Client teams to meet objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Develop production plans, timelines and schedules across delivery stages.
• Brief and manage trusted production partners and maintain long-term relationships.
• Oversee external partners, fabricators and specialists to deliver high-quality work.
• Manage budgets, quotes and production spend to ensure commercial delivery.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders through complex projects.
