Job summary

ITRS is seeking a Design Lead to set and scale our brand visuals across campaigns, web, events, and product marketing. You will own the design system, templates, and motion principles, guiding a growing freelance network and mentoring the Visual Designer.

You will partner with Content, Platform Marketing, and Web teams to ensure consistent brand experience while maintaining high-quality output and stakeholder alignment. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in design, with 2+ years leading a team or function
• Portfolio demonstrating brand systems, not just artifacts
• Experience turning identity guidelines into live scale execution
• Expert in the Adobe suite and design tools
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders and defend creative positions
• Comfort in B2B environments and collaborating with web/events teams

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain visual standards across campaigns, web, events, and sales collateral
• Build design system, templates, and components for repeatable output
• Direct motion design and guide freelance motion designers
• Lead high-priority campaigns from concept to delivery with strong rationale
• Line manage the Visual Designer and mentor peers
• Coordinate with Content Lead to align words and visuals
• Collaborate with Platform Marketing and Web to ensure consistent brand experience
• Manage projects in Asana and ensure timely delivery without sacrificing quality
