Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) is seeking a Senior Program Manager for CPU Cores to lead end-to-end IP delivery, including architecture, design, verification, and documentation collateral.

You will drive methodology and execution improvements across a global, cross-functional organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical program management for silicon or hardware projects and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams and senior leadership across time

Qualifications

• Experience managing silicon or hardware programs.
• Ability to lead global, cross-functional engineering programs.
• Strong communication with engineering teams and leadership.
• Understanding of concept-to-production silicon lifecycle.
• Able to develop long-term program plans with milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of long-lead IP initiatives from conception through development.
• Coordinate cross-program resource and scheduling across product streams.
• Align IP component schedules with milestones.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform prioritization and risk management.
• Facilitate trade-offs and resolve scope changes.
• Communicate with leadership and engineering teams; run execution reviews.
• Mentor early-career program managers.
