You will lead the physical design team, mentor engineers, and collaborate across design peers to meet timing and area targets in a hybrid work environment.

You will guide cross-functional teams, push design excellence, and contribute to AI-augmented productivity as part of a leading semiconductor group.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience leading junior engineers.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed microprocessor design.
• Experience with full-chip floorplanning and timing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for CPU core PD.
• Lead cross-functional design reviews and risk assessments.
• Refine area, floorplan, timing and power targets.
• Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with design teams.
