Job summary

Civica Election Services is seeking a creative Senior Software Engineer to help develop and maintain the Civica Polling Station application. You will work across technologies to deliver new features, fix issues, and support operations in a public cloud environment.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and occasional travel to London. The ideal candidate has extensive .NET/C# experience, strong front-end skills, and a proven ability to mentor junior engineers while

Responsibilities

• Analyse new requirements and provide impact analysis for technical design.
• Architect, design and implement solutions to meet requirements.
• Design and code new functionality and perform unit testing.
• Communicate technical details impacting requirements fulfilment.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff; review peers' code.
• Provide 3rd line application support per SLAs and fix issues.
• Ensure code versioning and proper documentation.
