Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• A demonstrated record of managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and delivery processes
• A passion for mentoring and growing team members to their fullest potential
• A flair for problem-solving and technical thinking in challenging scenarios
• A proactive approach to communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), DevOps practices, and best coding practices
• Experience in delivering SaaS products and translating business goals into actionable engineering strategies
