Solid understanding of UK and EU regulatory frameworks; US knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Advise business and stakeholders on complex securities, supporting growth with risk controls.
Manage restructurings, client requests, and new product developments.
Lead negotiations with top-tier dealers across global client types.
Provide input on regulatory developments and market infrastructure changes; engage with industry associations.
