Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer in England & Wales.
• At least 2 years post-qualification experience at a high-tier global law firm and/or asset manager.
• Good technical knowledge in derivatives products (cleared and/or uncleared) and related documentation.
• Experience with UK and EU regulatory frameworks is highly welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Draft and advise on trading documentation, including input on negotiations with top-tier dealers for various client types globally.
• Support business and stakeholders by addressing complex securities to grow the business safely and efficiently.
• Assist with regulatory developments and changes in market infrastructure and participate in industry associations.
