Ridge and Partners LLP in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Cost Management and Quantity Surveying activities on a range of projects. The role focuses on delivering high-quality cost management services, taking ownership of delivery from early stages to completion, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cost Management / Quantity Surveying within a consultancy.
• Strong technical capability across pre- and post-contract delivery.
• Experience working with NEC and JCT contracts.
• Ability to manage projects with increasing independence.
• Exposure to mentoring or supporting junior team members.
• MRICS (or working towards).
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Cost Management / Quantity Surveying services across a range of projects.
• Taking ownership of project delivery from early stage through to completion.
• Supporting pre- and post-contract activities including cost planning, procurement and reporting.
• Administering contracts (including NEC and JCT) and managing commercial processes.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
• Contributing to the overall performance and growth of the Cambridge team.
