Turner & Townsend is expanding its UK Infrastructure team, seeking Commercial, Senior and Cost Management professionals to work with clients across the Southwest, Wessex and beyond. You will combine commercial acumen with NEC contract knowledge and civil engineering experience to help deliver a stronger infrastructure backbone for the UK.

You will join a flexible, travel-friendly environment with a mix of client-site and office days.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication.
• Experience with NEC3, Options A, C & E.
• Cost management and estimating skills.
• Change management, reporting and procurement.
• Valuation, risk management and pricing.

• Construction industry knowledge on procurement routes and value engineering.
• Degree in a relevant subject; professional membership desirable.

• Support commercial, senior and cost management projects.
• Travel to client offices in Southwest, Wessex and the North West.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver infrastructure projects.
• Contribute to NEC-based contract administration and cost control.
