Job summary

Turner Townsend is seeking a Commercial, Senior and Cost Management professional to support UK Infrastructure projects across the South West, Wessex and North West regions. The role combines contract management, cost control and commercial leadership for major water and resilience schemes.

Travel to client offices and sites is expected within a flexible working policy to enhance project delivery, collaboration, and client value.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC contracts (Option A/C/E preferred) and civil engineering projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage cost against NEC-based contracts.
• Experience in water and resilience sectors is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel across the Southwest, Wessex and North West regions.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients across infrastructure projects in the UK.
