Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering cost and commercial assurance/audit activities.
• Competence in interpreting contracts and applying cost component principles.
• Experience analysing large datasets and using costing systems.
• Ability to interrogate data and produce decision-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost verification, audit and assurance across large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Evaluate cost data against contractual and commercial principles.
• Analyse supplier cost data for patterns, trends and risks.
• Perform payroll audits and data sampling for targeted audits.
• Assess cost capture and commercial management processes.
• Identify opportunities for supplier process improvements.
• Interpret NEC4 contracts and advise on documentation.
• Engage with client teams and stakeholders to gather data and documentation.
• Deliver high-quality assurance reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Support outputs and recommendations to clients and supply chain.
• Support integration of digital tools for data analysis and reporting.
