Job summary

You will steer cost forecasting, baselines, and reporting across the lifecycle, working with finance, planning and risk teams to deliver tight cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost management on high-value infrastructure programmes.
• Ability to establish baselines, cost reports and control accounts.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager in development and control of capital investment plans.
• Lead day-to-day cost management across programme lifecycle.
• Establish cost control processes, baselines and reporting outputs.
• Monitor commitments, actuals, accruals and forecasts with clear insights.
• Collaborate with programme, commercial, finance, planning and risk teams.
• Prepare data for stage-gate, investment and funding approvals.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions to maintain cost position.
