We're hiring: Associate Director – Cost Manager | Up to £110k + Bonus | London (Hybrid)

Join a forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy working at the heart of London's most ambitious residential and mixed-use regeneration projects. We're recruiting on behalf of an award-winning consultancy that's redefining how homes are delivered, prioritising modern construction methods, sustainability, and intelligent design.

️ The role:

As an Associate Director (Cost Management), you'll lead a growing team and oversee largescale residential-led developments for major private developer clients. You’ll manage pre- and post-contract cost consultancy services, help drive client relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, tech-driven business that genuinely values innovation.

What you’ll need:

• 8+ years’ experience in Cost Consultancy / Quantity Surveying
• Strong background in large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
• Experience leading projects from feasibility to completion
• Excellent cost planning, procurement, and reporting skills
• Passion for MMC and/or sustainability is a plus

What you’ll get:

• Salary up to £110,000 (negotiable) + discretionary bonus
• Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the office/site
• 27 days holiday + bank holidays
• Pension matched up to 5%
• Travel paid to site
• Regular team socials
