Job summary

JLL is establishing a Cost Management team in Manchester as part of the Project & Development Services group. The role requires post-qualified cost management experience across sectors and the ability to lead client relationships and bid activity.

You will report into a director, work from the Manchester office, and collaborate with a wider JLL network. MRICS is preferred, with opportunities to shape landmark projects within a supportive, dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Post-qualified experience in cost management across multiple sectors.
• Ability to manage client relationships and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with bids, procurement routes and cost planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide a QS presence within the Manchester office and grow the team.
• Undertake feasibility costs and detailed cost plans.
• Deliver post-contract duties including payments and cost reporting.
• Lead with client relationships and support on bids.
