Responsibilities

• Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to our clients.
• Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments.
• Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities.
• Maintaining effective communication for successful project completion.
• Undertaking commercial management services with limited supervision.

Skills

BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent

Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)

Proficient CostX or other Cost Planning software

Sustainability and Data Skills

Pre and post-contract experience

Good technical writing

Client-facing skills

Well-organised
