Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior/Principal Consultant for the Cost Intelligence and Estimating team. You will lead on estimating, benchmarking, and cost planning across infrastructure and built environment projects, and build client relationships while mentoring junior staff.

The role sits within the PMCM group, delivering cost and commercial management on major programmes, with opportunities to grow leadership skills in a global firm.

Qualifications

• MRICS or similar qualification.
• Experience in water or energy sectors and estimating and benchmarking at various design stages.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support high-quality estimating and benchmarking for major programmes and projects across infrastructure and built environment sectors.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships and help grow WSP’s presence in key markets.
• Provide technical leadership and line management where appropriate.
