Job summary

WSP is a world-leading engineering and environmental professional services firm seeking a Consultant for Cost Intelligence and Estimating. Join a team of quantity surveyors delivering estimating, benchmarking and commercial insight across major infrastructure projects.

You will work within the PMCM group, leveraging CostX, CEMAR and Power BI to enhance cost management, with opportunities for global collaboration, career development and a flexible hybrid working model in the UK.

Qualifications

Construction cost management experience or qualification with interest in chartership
Experience in infrastructure sectors, estimating and benchmarking at various design stages
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
Passion for making a difference in a dynamic team environment

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality estimating, cost intelligence and benchmarking services
Develop robust cost estimates and cost plans across project lifecycles
Apply cost management principles, data-driven insights and digital tools to improve accuracy and transparency
Collaborate with global colleagues and support growth plans across markets
