Bouygues Travaux Publics UK is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management of LTC works packages in Tilbury. You will handle cost control, contract administration, and procurement schedules while collaborating with delivery, planning, and finance teams.

The role emphasizes accurate commercial records, change management, and ensuring final accounts, with a focus on safe, efficient project delivery on one of the UK’s major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying or commercial management within civil engineering.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for stakeholders.
• Good organisational and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage subcontract and material procurement schedules.
• Draft subcontracts including Professional Services Agreements.
• Administer subcontractor accounts through to final accounts.
• Support cost reporting and cash flow information.
• Maintain commercial registers and change management.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, planning, procurement, finance.
• Assist with cost management and forecasting for packages.
