Essential qualifications and experience include:

• Proven experience in service excellence, cost planning, budgeting, and estimating.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Understanding of project costs, timelines, and risk implications.
• Experience with different contract types and measurement methods.
• Knowledge of BIM, value engineering, life cycle costing, and contractual frameworks.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management; professional membership (MRICS/RICS or equivalent).
• Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
