Job Description

Stafford Lawrence Ltd is recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Cirencester for projects on government frameworks. This permanent role involves working 3 days in our Gloucester office (flexible). Our client is a well-known multidisciplinary construction consultancy committed to corporate social responsibility and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with a Multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy or a specialist chartered PQS
• At least 5 years post-qualification UK experience in a Cost Consultancy
• MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor or working towards APC
• Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel
• Degree in Construction-related subject, preferably RICS-accredited
• Strong communication, client liaison skills, and ability to mentor juniors

Salary & Benefits

£50,000 - £60,000 Negotiable, plus benefits including laptop, mobile, mileage allowance, 30 days holiday, training, pension, life cover, and social events.
