The successful candidate will provide cost advice, manage projects, and lead on cost management activities across multiple sectors. You will work to high standards, deliver timely reports, and support senior leaders while building strong client relationships. The role offers exposure to high-profile projects and a clear career development path.

Competenze

• BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent, MRICS chartered.
• Experience in private commercial sector across offices, residential, hospitality, major projects or refurb.
• Proficient CostX or other cost planning software.

• Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to our clients.
• Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments.
• Taking a leading role in setting objectives and priorities within a proactive team.
• Maintaining effective communication to ensure information is available for successful completion and financial control.
• Undertaking commercial management services with limited supervision.
• Delivering all outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Supporting the team leader in cost management of projects.
• Representing the company professionally and building strong client relationships.
