Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering UK commercial projects within a consultancy environment.
• Currently operating at Senior PQS level, or a Senior ready to step up to Associate.
• Comfortable working on complex, developer-led and fund-backed schemes.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre- and post-contract cost management services on commercial schemes.
• Preparing cost plans, procurement advice, and financial reporting.
• Supporting contract administration and commercial management through to final account.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and project teams.
• Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior team members.
