Essential Requirements

• Experience in a similar cost consultancy role, with MEP cost planning expertise.
• Leadership experience, knowledge of contract law, value engineering, and sustainability issues.
• Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent, professional membership (MRICS/RICS preferred).
