Exciting Opportunity: Senior Cost Consultant in Bristol

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports
• Manage measurement, estimating, and cost planning activities
• Oversee the procurement process and monthly valuations
• Produce and present accurate post-contract cost reports
• Lead client and consultant interfaces at all project stages
• Mentor junior team members and support team development

What We're Looking For:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• MRICS membership preferred
• Pre- and post-contract experience
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Proactive, well-organised, and commercially astute
• Team player with a 'can-do' attitude
