The role emphasizes client portfolio management, collaboration with senior managers, Directors and Partners, and leading complex projects in a supportive, agile environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree level education and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent with demonstrable post qualified experience.
• Experience of managing a portfolio of clients including control of client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries, together with cash collection.
• Experience of leading complex projects.
• Experience of people management.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tax Advisory services to start-ups and scale-ups, to private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals.
• Collaborate with senior managers, Directors and Partners to serve clients effectively.
• Drive delivery improvements and identify opportunities to add services to clients.
• Engage in cross-office collaboration and continuous learning within BDO.
