Job summary

Grant Thornton UK seeks an Associate Director in Real Estate Tax to lead multi-jurisdictional projects and mentor junior staff in London. You will operate across real estate and infrastructure, handling complex tax matters and delivering high-quality client service.

You will develop strong relationships with Partners and Directors, support business development initiatives, and contribute to a culture of inclusion and balance while progressing in a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent.
• UK corporate tax experience, preferably in real estate.
• Experience monitoring junior team members and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-jurisdictional real estate tax projects with senior support.
• Coach and develop junior team members and manage career progression.
• Drive business development with Partners and Directors on key accounts.
