LC Legal, partnering with a highly regarded international law firm, is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join the Leeds team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to take greater ownership of high‑quality matters and play a key role in the continued growth of a leading corporate practice, with hybrid working and a competitive remuneration and benefits package.

You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, predominantly cross‑border M&A, disposals

Qualifications

• Ideally 6–10 years’ PQE in a respected corporate practice.
• Strong experience advising on a broad range of corporate and M&A transactions.
• Proven ability to lead transactions and manage matters with autonomy.
• Excellent technical ability alongside strong commercial awareness.
• Experience managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring capabilities, with a genuine interest in developing junior team members.
• A proactive and commercial approach to client service and business development.
