Job summary

Think Legal Recruitment is partnering with a leading international law firm in Leeds to recruit Corporate Solicitors with 2 to 8 years' PQE for Associate through Senior Associate/Principal Associate levels. The role focuses on high-value M&A and multi-jurisdictional mandates.

You will work directly with seasoned partners on complex deals in a collaborative environment that supports development toward partnership and growth across national and international matters.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years' PQE gained in corporate/M&A within a reputable practice.
• Strong technical grounding in transactional corporate work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and commercial awareness.
• Ambition to develop within a team handling nationally and internationally significant matters.

Responsibilities
