Job summary

Sellick Partnership is assisting a well-established national law firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor in Leeds. The role targets lawyers with 3–6 years' PQE and strong corporate experience to handle high-quality M&A and corporate work within a growing national practice.

You will work alongside partners and senior lawyers on a variety of transactions, with excellent client exposure and clear opportunities for career progression in a supportive Leeds team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–6 years' PQE and strong corporate experience.
• Solid experience across M&A, acquisitions, disposals, investments and general corporate advisory work.
• Confident managing transactions from inception through to completion, with good attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Experience working with a broad range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, larger corporates and/or private equity-backed businesses.
• Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Commercial, dynamic and collaborative approach, with an interest in business development and contributing to the growth of the team.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded Legal 500-ranked national law firm in its Leeds office.

This role is ideal for an experienced corporate lawyer with 3-6 years' PQE seeking to develop their career within a respected and growing team. The firm has a strong national corporate practice, regularly acting on high-quality M&A and corporate transactions for a broad range of clients.

About you:
