Job summary

Court 1 Capital is recruiting a Senior Corporate Solicitor in Guildford for a mid-sized international law firm. The role offers hybrid working up to 50% and a base salary ranging from £100,000 to £150,000 per year, with exposure to high-value corporate work.

You must have 6+ PQE and a solid private practice background, capable of supervising juniors and running transactions from start to finish while contributing to business development and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with England & Wales practising certificate.
• Minimum 6+ PQE in private practice at a mid to larger firm.
• Experience supervising juniors and running transactions end-to-end.
• Business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate transactions from start to finish.
• Engage with clients and third parties to deliver complex deals.
• Supervise junior lawyers and support staff on matters.
• Develop BD opportunities to support firm growth.
