Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years' PQE in corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a broad range of deals including Private M&A, private equity, restructures and advisory work.
• Collaborate with specialists across tax, finance, employment, and real estate to deliver joined-up advice.
• Support and develop junior team members within a close, well-structured team.
