JMC Legal Recruitment in Guildford, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a long-established regional firm. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office and a competitive salary with benefits.

You’ll take the lead on a broad range of deals, including:

• Private M&A (buy- and sell-side)
• Private equity and venture capital transactions
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general advisory work

You’ll collaborate with specialists across tax, finance, employment, and real estate to deliver joined-up, commercial advice to clients ranging from scale-ups to international groups.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years' PQE in corporate law
