Vasto Legal Recruitment Ltd represents a Top 200 law firm recruiting a Senior Associate – Corporate (5+ PQE) in Surrey. You will run your own matters across M&A, employee ownership trusts, joint ventures, investments, and reorganisations, while mentoring junior lawyers.

You will work with Tax, Employment, Property, Dispute Resolution and Private Client teams, with a clear route to partnership and a generous benefits package in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE in corporate law gained in private practice.
• Experience of running transactions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build relationships, referral networks and new business.
• Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers.
• Fresh ideas and confidence to contribute to practice direction.
• A client following is welcome but not essential.

• Supervise and develop junior lawyers within the Corporate team.
