Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited represents a leading top national law firm seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its Surrey corporate team. The role features a hybrid 60/40 arrangement with a salary £70,000-£100,000 DOE and requires 5+ PQE in corporate/M&A.

You will handle high-quality M&A and corporate work, including governance and advisory matters, while mentoring junior members and contributing to client relationships.

Senior Corporate Solicitor - Corporate / M&A

Surrey | Hybrid 60/40 | £70,000-£100,000 DOE | 5+ PQE

My client, a leading top national law firm are looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its established and highly regarded corporate team in Surrey.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5+ PQE and strong corporate experience to take on high-quality work within a progressive, commercially focused firm. You will work on a broad range of corporate and M&A matters, advising a diverse client base ranging from established businesses and entrepreneurs through to larger corporates and investors.

Your work is likely to include:

• Mergers and acquisitions, including buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
• Share sales and purchases
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Corporate governance and general advisory matters
• Advising shareholders, directors and management teams
• Supporting and developing junior members of the team

You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and take genuine responsibility for your own matters and client relationships. I am looking for a 5+ PQE Corporate Solicitor with proven experience in corporate and M&A work

Experience gained within a recognised corporate/commercial practice is desirable.

You will be joining a Top national law firm with an established presence across the UK and a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused legal advice.
