IDEX Consulting in Watford is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our established corporate team. You will own a portfolio of mid-market and corporate clients, preparing market presentations and negotiating with insurers to secure favourable terms.

You’ll be supported to work from home two days a week and to pursue professional qualifications, with a generous holiday allowance, enhanced pension contributions and life assurance as part of a comprehensive employee benefits

Qualifications

• 3+ years' commercial insurance broking experience.
• Experience handling corporate clients or SME/mid-market clients and taking ownership of they’re portfolios.
• Willingness to pursue continued professional development and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market and corporate clients.
• Prepare detailed market presentations and negotiate with insurers.
• Develop and maintain relationships across the insurance market.
• Handle renewals and broking processes with autonomy and visibility.
