Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Client Advisor in Harrogate to manage a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients. You will handle renewals, negotiate with insurers and ensure clients have the right level of cover across multiple classes of commercial insurance.

The role focuses on larger SME to corporate accounts, offering a discretionary annual bonus and hybrid working with flexible office attendance. This is a client-facing, relationship-driven position in a well-established broker.

Qualifications

• Commercial broking experience, ideally handling larger SME, mid-market or corporate accounts.
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple classes of commercial insurance.
• Confidence managing client relationships and negotiating with insurers.
• Team management experience isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients.
