Qualifications

• Strong commercial insurance broking experience.
• Comfortable handling a broad range of commercial risks.
• Ability to negotiate with insurers and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex commercial renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Producing high-quality broking presentations.
• Negotiating directly with insurers to achieve the right outcomes for clients.
• Managing your own portfolio and building strong client relationships.
• Acting as a technical point of contact for clients and colleagues.
• Working closely with Account Executives on new and existing business.
• Sharing knowledge with less experienced team members.
