The Role

The firm seeks a Senior Corporate Immigration Solicitor to join their West End office. While they currently do not offer business immigration, there is high client demand driven by their employment and corporate commercial departments. You will help develop this department, leveraging existing client relationships, with strong prospects for future advancement, including partnership opportunities.

You will work with business owners, HNW individuals, company directors, CEOs, overseas clients, and public figures. Your caseload may include: global mobility visas, high potential visas, skilled worker visas, sports visas, administrative reviews, start-up visas, and appeals.

You will join a reputable, growing team with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Immigration Solicitor with at least five years PQE (no upper experience limit).
• Experience in business development and marketing is preferred.
• First-class communication skills are essential.
