Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-8 years' PQE or equivalent corporate experience.
• Experience managing corporate transactions for private clients.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of corporate transactions from due diligence to completion.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary paperwork.
• Advise clients on corporate matters with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients and advisers, engaging partners when needed.
• Support and develop junior solicitors and paralegals on live matters.
• Contribute to business development by strengthening client relationships and pitches.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to grow the corporate practice.
