Job summary

Sellick Partnership in Dudley is assisting a specialist corporate law practice to recruit a Corporate Junior Partner. This role leads corporate transactions, mentors junior lawyers and deepens client relationships across business owners, investors and lenders.

You will own day-to-day matters, drive business development and collaborate across the firm to deliver high-quality client service. Flexible hybrid and home-working options are available across the Midlands, with a competitive package

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with strong corporate transaction experience.
8+ years PQE or equivalent; capable of managing private business client work.
Commercial judgement and ability to prioritise deadlines.

Responsibilities

Take day-to-day ownership of corporate transactions for business owners and investors.
Advise clients on commercial and legal risks with practical guidance.
Supervise matters and support development of junior colleagues.
Build relationships with clients, referrers and professional advisers.
Contribute to business development and new client/referrer recruitment.
Support growth of the corporate practice through high-quality delivery.
Collaborate across the firm to deliver a cohesive service.
