Job summary

Sellick Partnership is representing a leading UK law firm seeking a Corporate Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join their growing corporate team in London on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on high-value transactions and a broad client base, offering significant client exposure from day one.

You will work on M&A, VC/PE investments, equity fundraisings and shareholder agreements, with career progression and mentoring in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• 2-5 years' PQE gained within a Corporate team.
• Strong technical knowledge across corporate matters.
• Experience assisting on M&A transactions and corporate deals.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious with a genuine desire to progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Work on mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments.
• Assist on equity fundraisings, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements.
• Contribute to corporate restructures, governance and strategic business advice.
• Take ownership of matters and develop strong client relationships.
• Support business development initiatives and networking activities.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior lawyers.
