Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited is recruiting a Corporate Partner in the Dudley area. The role leads corporate transactions, develops the corporate practice, and supports colleagues across the firm with commercially focused advice.

You will work collaboratively with real estate and dispute resolution teams to deliver integrated client guidance and help shape the future direction of the practice, with flexible location options across the Midlands and home-working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 8+ years' PQE.
• Substantial experience leading corporate transactions for private clients.
• Strong commercial judgement with ability to manage transactions, teams and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build credibility with business owners and advisers.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Advise clients on commercial and legal risks with practical guidance.
• Supervise the corporate team and contribute to its development.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referrers and advisers.
• Collaborate with other practice areas to provide integrated advice.
• Contribute to strategic direction and growth of the corporate practice.
• Support business development through existing networks and new connections.
