Job summary

KMA Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer for a role in Guildford. You will join a specialist corporate team recognised in the Legal 500 for their expertise, working with entrepreneurs and mid-market clients.

You will handle a broad range of matters including corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder and board advisory matters, and general governance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years PQE in corporate law from a well-regarded private practice.
• Solid technical understanding of corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Lead on corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder and board advisory matters and governance.
• Manage your own caseload, taking the lead on transactions and assisting Partners on higher-value matters.

Candidate

You must have at least 5 years PQE in corporate law from a well regarded private practice firm. It is essential you have a solid technical understanding of corporate law.
