Job summary

Errington Legal is seeking a Corporate Senior Associate / Legal Director to join a top UK Corporate practice with hybrid working. The role focuses on high‑quality M&A, private equity, joint ventures, corporate finance and strategic advisory matters for a diverse client base.

You will supervise junior lawyers, contribute to business development, and advise clients from startups to multinationals across various sectors in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PQE with a strong record in M&A transactions and interest in a broad range of corporate work
• Experience of private equity transactions an advantage but not essential
• A commercial problem solving approach
• Aptitude for business development
