Job summary

A leading Thames Valley Legal 500 law firm in Reading is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its corporate team. You will work on high-value, complex transactions and provide broad corporate advice across a range of matters.

You will manage your own caseload while supporting on larger deals, building strong client relationships and contributing to the team’s continued success. Hybrid working is offered.

• Broad range of corporate matters including private company M&A.
• 4+ years PQE in corporate department.

Client

A leading Thames Valley Legal 500 law firm are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join it’s corporate team in Reading.

Role

You will join a team who advise on all types of corporate law, specifically high value complex transactions. Work will include:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Company restructures and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements
• Joint ventures
• Corporate governance matters
• Share and asset sales and purchases
• Private equity and investment transactions
• General company law advice

You will manage your own caseload while supporting on larger and more complex transactions, building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the team.

You

Associate or Senior Associate (4 years+ PQE) from a well regarded corporate department. You must have experience in a broad range of corporate matters including private company M&A.
